In 2017 Bodil Nordestgaard Ismiris was appointed Deputy Managing Director of Ledernes Hovedorganisation. From 2010 to 2017, she served as Head of Department for the Membership Counseling where the employees advise our members on anything from unemployment benefits, terms of employment and early retirement. She became part of the Executive Board in 2011.
She has been at Lederne since 2004 where she started as a consultant with responsibility for the strategic competence development. In 2005, she became Team Manager with responsibility for HR development and shortly after 2006; she became HR Manager with responsibility for the entire HR area. From 2008, Bodil was head of HR and organization in Lederne, which in addition to HR included the responsibilities of internal communication and process management. Since December 2010, she has been a member of the Executive Board.
Bodil Nordestgaard Ismiris has four years of experience from the consulting industry with Arthur Andersen and Deloitte Business Consulting and during this time, she has worked on development projects for many different types of organizations, private as well as public.
